I purchased a Mazda 3 a couple of months ago and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. I phoned ahead and spoke with Duane to say I was coming down to view the car, and he couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful.When I arrived, the car was in excellent condition. After a test drive, I knew I loved it. I was also offered a trade-in price for my old car that I was happy with. I left a deposit that day and picked up the car the following week with everything ready to go.Overall, the whole process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Despite having a two week waiting list, Obrien's looked at my front tyres and fixed the Vibration issue in the steering wheel and accelerator pedal almost perfectly. There is a huge improvement after my disappointment with BestDrive not 20 minutes earlier who said there was nothing they could do and that it could be any problem at all. Obriens fixed the issue 80%. Something BestDrive should have done/checked and not sent me away baffled by their response.

We have been dealing with Mazda for years and had always dealt with Liam in Charleville. This time we met a different salesman who failed to give us his name or his card so we left in disgust as it was not a pleasant experience. We vowed not to return there so we went to O Briens in Midleton. What a lovely experience. Philip was extremely friendly and efficient and we really enjoyed the banter with him so made it easier to part with our money. We would recommend anyone to call there before purchasing anywhere else. Looking forward to returning there for service of our new car which was kindly offered to us by Philip. 100k service and diagnostic on my Mazda. Courtesy car provided free of charge. Vehicle health check report and online digital record provided. Car washed on return. Very friendly staff. Very reasonably priced. Well worth the trip. Also installed Android Auto and it runs faultlessly.
