We have been dealing with Mazda for years and had always dealt with Liam in Charleville. This time we met a different salesman who failed to give us his name or his card so we left in disgust as it was not a pleasant experience. We vowed not to return there so we went to O Briens in Midleton. What a lovely experience. Philip was extremely friendly and efficient and we really enjoyed the banter with him so made it easier to part with our money. We would recommend anyone to call there before purchasing anywhere else. Looking forward to returning there for service of our new car which was kindly offered to us by Philip. Clive is a fantastic sales person and really made my experience with O Brien's Mazda exceptional from ordering my car to collection. I collected my new Mazda today and Clive was a wealth of knowledge who took his time explaining all the features of the new car in great detail which I really really appreciated and left no questions unanswered. There was no messing around when making the original deal (After making enquiries in multiple dealers over multiple weeks this made my decision to buy from O Briens a no brainer) back in October and since then he kept me up to date with all the updates and answered any request I made throughout the process. A true gentleman and couldn't recommend more!

100k service and diagnostic on my Mazda. Courtesy car provided free of charge. Vehicle health check report and online digital record provided. Car washed on return. Very friendly staff. Very reasonably priced. Well worth the trip. Also installed Android Auto and it runs faultlessly.

First time with them today. What a pleasant experience. Friendly, fast and efficient service. I normally dont deal direct with dealerships as in the past i have found them to be a rip off but i honestly cant say that about these guys. Martin and Pauline in service department were fantastic! They even had my car washed before i collected it. Great job guys
